These Terms of Service govern your use of GraymatterMedia’s website, client communications, invoice delivery, and payment-related services. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

GraymatterMedia provides photography, video, and related creative services. Project scope, pricing, dates, and deliverables are established by the applicable estimate, invoice, email, or written agreement.

Invoices are due according to the due date shown on each invoice. When an invoice is marked due on receipt, payment is due when the invoice is received. Available payment methods may include bank transfer or card through QuickBooks. PayPal is not offered.

QuickBooks and Gmail are third-party services used to deliver invoices, process payment options, and confirm delivery or payment status. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. GraymatterMedia does not store full card or bank account numbers.

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, GraymatterMedia retains ownership of its pre-existing materials and grants the client rights to approved final deliverables only after required payment. Raw files and unused materials are not included unless agreed in writing.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use invoice and payment links for fraudulent activity.

Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, GraymatterMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website availability or third-party payment and email platforms.
